The Founder
STARTED WITH A STOCK POT.
I had an idea for making a clean BBQ sauce and started to experiment using some simple ingredients. After testing with friends and family for more than a year, the recipe evolved, and the response and demand were beyond anything I ever expected. Today, we are a family-owned business operating in the suburbs north of Boston, offering three different clean BBQ sauces and four clean rubs—all small batch.

My family has had a presence in the City of Boston for more than a century, and we're proud Bostonians. Red Brick BBQ is a historical reference to the famous Boston Red Brick that is found on sidewalks and buildings all over Boston, including Beacon Hill, Faneuil Hall, Charlestown, the North End, and the famous Freedom Trail. A real sauce from a real and great American city.
