The Story

The Red Rub came out of a simple question: what if you only had room for one rub on the shelf? We built it to be that one. Balanced salt and sugar, smoky paprika, a clean blend of warm spices, and just enough heat to wake up whatever you're putting it on.
Rub it on a whole chicken before roasting. Coat ribs the night before a long smoke. Sprinkle on roasted vegetables. Salt and dust on a burger before it hits the grill. It earns its keep.
How To Use It

DRY BRINE
Apply liberally the night before, refrigerate uncovered, and cook the next day for maximum flavor.
QUICK SEASON
Coat directly before grilling or roasting for a fast flavor hit.
